Terms & Conditions
By hiring Loads of Love for your laundry service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Minimum Order Size
Wash & Fold order minimum is a Large Bag [30 gallon/20-30lbs]. $25 Minimum for home delivery.
Payment must be received prior to return of completed laundry. Failure to pay for a service within 30 days of completion will result in your clothing being considered “abandoned” and all property will be donated to charity.
Loads of Love exercises the utmost care in laundering and processing garments entrusted to us. Our laundry processes, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing.
We cannot guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics; or against damage to ancillary items such as belts, buttons, beads, ties or zipper pulls. Loads of Love liability with respect to any damaged items within a laundry bag load will not exceed $50 overall, regardless of brand, condition, or number of garments within the laundry bag damaged. Damage to any one garment will not exceed $20, with a maximum for damages to any laundry bag load, regardless of the number of damaged garments, to not to exceed the $50 overall. Any damaged items must be reported via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and returned to Loads of Love for inspection within 5 business days.
Any lost items must be reported via email to email@example.com within 5 business days. Loads of Love makes its best reasonable effort to track every item that we process and will review all lost items claims on a case-by-case basis. Any one item in a laundry bag determined to have been lost by Loads of Love will be reimbursed at $20, with a maximum for reimbursement for any one laundry bag load, regardless of the number of lost garments, to not exceed $50 overall. Items will be considered lost 30 days after the initial claim is filed.
Although we try as hard as possible to track such items, we are not responsible for loose items such as jewelry, watches, cash, detachable buttons, cuff links, belts, broaches, stings, laces, hoods or loose items on garments, hangers, etc. We require that customers remove these items and empty pockets prior to leaving items with us as we cannot be held responsible for damage to your garments from items left in pockets (Lipstick, Gum, Pens, etc.). Additionally, Loads of Love will not be held liable for any claimed item(s) declared as left in a garment, such as jewelry, watches, cash, etc.
Standard turnaround time is two days, unless Next Day Service is requested. Loads of Love will make its best reasonable effort to adhere to our service timeline, however, we do not guarantee turnaround times due to adverse weather, equipment issues, etc.
